Furthermore, this partnership resulted in seamless 2-way connectivity between the Smart Channel Manager and Schindler’s hotel software solutions: Booking engine (Viato) and Property Management System (Casablanca). This 2-way connectivity enables hotels to automatically exchange their room availabilities, rates, restrictions and guest profile data, therefore eliminating time-consuming manual input, errors, and overbookings.
